One of the key ideas behind Wishful Thinking Week is to encourage and inspire people to take a chance and do something they’ve always wanted to.
Everyone has plans they mean to get around to. But for whatever reason, money, time, fear, they don’t. They put their dreams to one side in favour of ‘being realistic.’
We say: go for it. Take that trip. Take that risk. Make something happen for you, that you will always remember.
So, with that in mind, Wishful Thinking Week has put together a list of some of the most exciting, unique, and memorable activities that everyone should try at least once in their life. Some of them are cliché, but everyone talks about them for a reason. Some are stranger, but hopefully all of them will inspire you to try something new.

And if that isn’t enough to make you want to visit, it was also featured in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, which is the best one.

There is also, of course, the nation’s capital: Tokyo. One of the best cities to explore at night, it boasts the Shinjuku nightlife district where you can dance the night away in clubs, or hit up one of Japan’s secret jazz dens.
The USA is on everybody’s list for different reasons. New York. The Grand Canyon. Las Vegas. San Francisco. Of course, many people want to see all of these, and who could blame them? Whether you just want a city break, or a full on trek across the West, the USA offers something for everyone.
